Ripoff Deals

I purchased a voucher for a couples lunch and full body massage to the value of R700 in March. Due to lockdown restrictions and personal safety measures I had to cancel the appointment. Daddy's Deals refuses to give me a refund even though I have not been able to find a suitable deal since April with their current offerings. I find it unacceptable that they cannot give me a valid reason for not granting a refund. I now have R700 on a ticking time bomb and absolutley no use for any of their services and actually too disgusted to EVER make use of them again. I will need a proper resolution to this problem. They don't even have a call centre anymore and their email service is pathetic so there has been no joy since April. Does this just end with this company benefiting off my money that I need during a pandemic??? Absolutely shocking...
