Purchases do not get delivered (****************!)

<p>I purchased a russel hobbs foot spa on the 25.11.16, I was promised that it would take no longer than 10 working days to be delivered (this was purchased as a Christmas gift so should have been delivered no later than the 09.12.16)</p> <p> </p> <p>After numerious calls and emails to Daddys Deals I was informed that there is a delay due to the supplier not having stock of the item that was ordered, surely when you advertise products on your online portal you should make sure that the product displayed is in fact available.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Head of Merchant Sales (Michelle Philip) eventually take time out of very busy schedule to send me a courtesy email stating that there is a "slight" delay with the product I purchased due to the merchants stock/ shipment being delayed! Michelle also had the audacity to call me and tell me that she cant promise that delivery will be taking place on a certain day but that delivery will definitely be taking place by the 23.12.16 at the absolute latest. I then asked her to please give me the tracking/waybill number for the courier company that will be delivering this product to me which she did.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then called the courier company numerious times asking them to track this parcell for me and they were adamant that the wabill/tracking number that I gave them does not exist. Very convenient as Michelle went on leave on the 24.12.16. I called the courier company again this morning the 09.01.17 @ 08:05AM, and to my surprise they STILL dont have any records of this tracking number/waybill!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent numerious emails to their client services email address that is displayed on their website but up until now (09.01.17) I have still not had a response, I have since requested Daddys Deals to refund my money as I have still not received delivery of the foot spa but to my surprise, beleive it or not, I HAVE STILL NOT HAD A RESPONSE/REPLY TO MY EMAIL!</p> <p> </p> <p>The people that run this site are *********, waiting for unsuspecting people of the public to spend their hard earned money on (****) products just to be constantly **** to by being told that your product will be delivered, they even have the audacity to give you **** TRACKING NUMBERS for the imaginery product you baught.</p> <p> </p> <p>If there was an option I would give this negative stars, I will never recommend this site to anybody as the level of service you receive is absolutely appalling . These people are blatent ***** and *******!</p>
