Poor service

I paid deal for a deal but I never received the voucher. I phoned and I was told to resend proof of payment but still no voucher. They don't even have the decency to phone and let you know what is happening. This was my first time I bought from them and its definitely my last, after the service I got from them there is no way I will let my friends and family and colleagues experience what I experienced.
