Pay for goods up front BUT never receive them
<p>On the 23 June 2016 I placed and order and paid for Canvas prints with Elloo and to date I have not received my canvas print. I send Elloo a mail on the 7th of July and phoned them and spoke to Leanne who gave me another e-mail to use ********** and on the 21 July I phoned and mailed again with no feedback on the 23rd of August I phoned Leanne and again and she told me the courier is picking up the order on Thursday the 25th August and I will be getting the canvas by the 29th . I placed a complaint with Daddy's Deals on the 23 August and on the 29 August they only answered me. On the 30th Daddy's Deal asked if they can organize me a refund, to which I rep**** NO As I orderded these canvas as a gift and they promised to get me the canvas which is not happening and from the 30th of August to date no FEEDBACK from Daddy's Deals or Elloo????</p>

Please note the following information we have received regarding this matter:
1. The merchant from Elloo Media, was hospitalised for 2 weeks and as a result there was an unfortunate delay in handling orders.
2. Once she became aware of the issues surrounding your delivery, she offered you a free canvas as a form of apology for the inconvenience, an offer you accepted.
3. In apparent agreement with you, she held back on the delivery of the original order whilst she waited for you to submit a photograph for the free canvas, ensuring that all canvases could be delivered together, rather than as two separate deliveries.
4. The merchant returned to the office for the first time on Monday (19th September) and has apparently tried to contact you telephonically, but with no luck.
Both Elloo Media and Daddy’s Deals apologise for the inconvenience caused and trust that the matter between yourself and Elloo will be finalised as quickly as possible.
