PATHETIC,USELESS SERVICE AND COMPANY

This is the worst company ever ! i placed an order for my son for a christmas gift with your pathetic company , deliver was promised on 22 December , then i was told no 23 December , i had to keep calling your company who either never answers, has rude consultants or are just useless..... i receieved an email saying my ticket has been resolved , i rep**** that nothing has been resolved and on the 23 got a mail stating my delivery will be done on that day ! again empty promises , no replies , no feedback , no service! oday is 28 Decmeber , i still have not received my parcel or had any feedback ! THIS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE MY 17 MONTH OLDS CHRISTMAS GIFT! WE SPENT CHRISTMAS DAY WITH OTHER KIDS OPENING GIFTS AND MY LITTLE BOY COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHY HE GOT NOTHING AND THIS ALL THANKS TO YOUR STUPID COMPANY!!! I will be taking to every possible form of social media to make anyone and everyone aware to never ever use your pathetic company , i will also be logging a complaint with the national consumers commissioner and be making them aware of all the complaints on this site as well! my parcel better be here by no later then 14:00 today and compensation!
