Pathetic customer service/lack of customer service

Well, where to start : A deal was purchased in December '23, to be redeemed by 31 Jan '24. When we tried to make a booking with the restaurant, they were either not available or fully booked. Then throughout January, I was not available thus I requested a refund or a renewed deal. Daddy's Deals (Michelle) has refused to even respond to my e-mails. I feel as though this company has let me and my family down and, honestly, I feel like I have been ****med. I have paid for a service that has not been rendered. Actually one cannot complain about the "Customer Service" because there is NO Customer Service. I will never recommend them to another person again.
