Pathetic Company to Deal With - Equates to Theft

I spoke to Ayan in the middle of January 2016 as the service provider stated my voucher had been refunded. I did not request a refund and after getting hold of Daddy's Day Deals and explaining the issue to Ayan, he picked up that a refund was done but not to my account. I was then told he will get back to me in a few days. It is now the end of February 2016 and after numerous calls of which they do not answer and when they do, the messages are taken but with no response.<br> <br> I would like to know how does a company like this still trade when what they are doing boils down to theft as i have paid for a service but i am unable to make use of this service. So where has the money gone to or into whose pocket.<br> <br> I request people to avoid purchasing from Daddy's Day.
