Not worth it

<p>Our business was approached by Daddy's Deals to run a campaign via them where we offer 50% off to clients. All went well until the very last voucher had to be redeemed when according to them, it became necessary for them to deduct a refund requested of them. We received not an inkling from them between February and May (when the last voucher was sold) that we had to refund them. As there was no guarantee that another voucher would sell after February, we find it incredible that they would say nothing for more that three months about us owing them money. <br />We could not access our deal to reconcile our records with theirs via the merchant centre as the deal ended and with that, our access to the detail regarding any previous deals. <br />Our financial reconciliation, however, proves that one voucher was not paid to us.<br />Needless to say, this is the end of that partnership. <br />Simply not worth it...</p>
