Non-existent delivery/service

I made a purchase on 9 March 2016 but still haven't received it yet. What is the delivery lead-time, a month??!! I also sent an email on Friday, 8 April with no response as yet. Not even the promised SLA of 24 - 48 hours are met. <br> <br> Very bad service or rather, non-existent service
