Non existent customer care Daddy’s deals

I bought a daddy’s deal special for photo books. The company that the vouchers were for went into liquidation shortly afterwards and refused to print my books. I emailed daddy’s deals on 3 separate occasions and have not even received a response let alone a refund. My sister emailed the same email address with the exact same problem and received a reply and a refund. This is very poor customer service and I will not be using daddy’s deals again in the future.
