Non-Delivery of Goods

We placed an order and paid the same day on 4 December for 3 items of their goods. When I phoned 7 working days later to confirm delivery they said I would get it before Christmas. I received 1 item on Monday the 21st of December, and struggled to get the balance of 2. I received another one this morning that happened to be one they had in their offices. So out of the 4 we received 3 and now we had to send banking details to get reimbursed for the outstanding 1. Which means one of the kids will be getting money and not a gift!!! THEY ABSOLUTELY SUCK
