No response back on bad service

<p>I bought a voucher from Daddy's Deals for Mystiq Hair and Beauty. I went to them to have my hair done. I was very unhappy with the outcome as I wanted my hair dyed red and ended up with pienk hair. I had to go buy a home dye to dye my hair again as I hated the colour my hair came out. I emailed Daddy's Deal on the 21.11.2016 no response. Emailed them again on the 30.11.2016 no response. Phone them then I was told they would need to phone Mystiq and check with them and cannot just refund. I then amail again on the 05.12.2016 no response phoned again and was told the same thing and they would get back to me. Emailed again 14.12.2016 and till today no response. I buy from Daddy's Deals often and I even sent them pictures and I am very unhappy that they havent got back to me</p>
