<p>I bought a deal and made an EFT payment on the website, and i mistakenly used an incorrect refence.</p> <p>3 weeks later they ackowledged my request on grounds that my payment was located. A month and 3 weeks later i still havent been refunded and i was told that the process would take 7 days. I find this appalling and very inconviniencing and i require my money paid back to my account as i already provided them with details. </p>
