No feedback, terrible suppliers

Bought a deal in July for myself and 2 family members. Redeemed 1 voucher in early September and got horrible service and staff attitude which looked at race.Contacted Daddy's deals immediately - got no response.Sent a 2nd email - no response.A month later on the 5th October got an email saying they do due diligence on the supplier and not sure why I was not given the proper service.Asked to provide vouchers details which expire next month and which I want a refund for. I did so and now no response for over 3 days - not even to say they dealing with the problem or expected timelines. They should NOT be offering services if they can't keep up their end. Daddy's deals should stop their services until they sort out their after service care and take more action against poor suppliers.
