No cash refunded for lockdown

I booked for my trip 1 month in advance. The country then decided to go on lockdown due to the pandemic outbreak. The government gave strict orders that we have to abide by. We did not expect that we have to ask for a refund at that time and Daddy's deal's are refusing to give me a refund back. they are giving me credits which is not fair and I need this money to purchase essentials for my house as I am not going to be working for I don't know how long.
