Mbombela lodge not living up to cancellation policy

<p>I made a booking for mbombela lodge, have an emergency and had to cancel. The cancellation policy on the deal states 48 hours. Not 48 hours after purchase or check in, just 48 hours! Now I cancelled more than 72 hours before my check in, and they are refusing to refund me, stating cancellation can only be 48 hours after purchase! This is NOT what is stated on the terms of the deal and is *****! I demand my full refund, as you do NOT have cancellation penalties stated on the deal! I expect an urgent response to this! </p>
