Late processing of re-fund

We had booked through Daddy's Deals to go on holiday in Jan 2015 but we later cancelled the holiday due to a family emergency. We duly notified them of our cancellation and asked for a re-fund, little did we know that we would be **** to by being promised to receive the re-fund in 3-6 days. It's now a month since we lodged our request but nothing has happened and it seems they are enjoying putting us in a situation where we have to beg them.<br> <br> Having dealt with these people, I would not advise anyone to do business with Daddy's Deals. As soon as they close a transaction, they forget about you and all they are interested in is just your money. I have never received a service as disgusting as this. Please forward this message so that all can understand who these people exactly are. Please stay away from them
