INCOMPLETE ITEM SENT

I ordered an outdoor patio set from Daddys Deal, 7 days after I paid for it, it was delivered only to find not a single *****, nut or bolt in the box? How absurd is this... so I called the 0861 number provided on the website. The man tells me he'll get back to me the same day, right! 4.30 that afternoon I called again and the man still had no information for me? To me this is a simple problem... either courier same day the missing nuts, bolts, *****s etc or have a completed checked new item couriered to me and the incomplete item collected. Clearly they are not concerned with assisting the customer at all. It's now day 2 and still after 2 phone calls this has not been resolved. I'm seriously not impressed at all and wonder if I would ever buy anything on their website again.
