I send an email to cancel my voucher with gypsy guest house was told I can’t cancel , its either I come or get a replacement. I decided to go as per my booking , to my surprise when I get to gypsy guest house I was told I cancelled my booking , after long negotiation , I was advised I can stay for a day instead of two days as per my voucher.indeed the following day I woke up very early to go look for a place which I didn’t budget for and I end up paying 700.00 – all am asking for is 50% of my voucher is I only stay at gypsy guest house for 1 day instated of 2 days.
