Frustrated!

I recently purchased an online course on Daddy's Deals and what they advertise and what you get is completely different! Then when you try and resolve the issue with the contact center or support, you get shunted to the product supplier who cannot really help me besides fixing my problem back of house. I still had to pay for an online course that is actually only an "introduction" and is available for FREE anywhere you enroll!!! Why would you pay to get a online course on Daddy's Deals when you get it for free anyway!!? So, now I sit with the course profile access to the introduction only and module 1 only.... which was free to enroll in anyway. False advertising. Terrible customer service and I've lost my interest in this company.
