Food Kulture Festival - Pretoria Voortrekker Monument

Very disappointed. Bought two tickets through daddy's deals for the Food Kulture Festival in Pretoria. The event was by Hart Productions and the voucher stated that the event was today, 18November 11am-6pm at the Voortrekker Monument. We arrived at the voortrekker monument at 11am. The event was not at this venue. No one at reception or at the restaurant as well as events facilitators knew anything about this event. It was not at the venue. Daddy's deals contact centres are closed on Saturday and Sundays. I had planned a day out with family - paid for the vouchers and still no reply to emails and call centre is closed. I expect a refund, I have never had a problem with daddy's deals before today. But this is unacceptable. Will not use them again, and will never recommend them.
