Excellent After Service

There was an excellent deal on Daddy's Deals for a Brazilian Blow Wave which my daughter, grand-daughter and I had bought and paid for. However, when we arrived at the Salon, the service received from the owner and their staff was despicable and we decided that we are no longer interested and that what was advertised through Daddy's Deals was not what they were offering, basically they were mis-leading the public. My daughter immediately made a conference call to Daddy's Deals and explained to Renee about what had transpired and without any hesitation, she told us to email her the voucher number and that she will refund us. The following day I called Daddy's Deals and unfortunately Renee was not in, but I had the opportunity of speaking to Michelle, who was very friendly and very professional and in five minutes she sorted out the credit into my account. I will definitely recommend anyone who is looking out for good deals to go to their website and believe me you will never go wrong. I bought a couple of items through Daddy's Deals and I must admit that it was just one unfortunate incident which was obviously no fault of Daddy's Deals. Thanks for your excellent service.
