Evasive website!!! No customer service!

Your website is evasive and your customer service is non-existent with no email response nor any answer on the call line ***. Regarding order F519A9AA6, I was meant to purchase only 1 voucher. I was of understanding that the 'add gift recipients!' button would send this 1 voucher as a gift to the intended recipients, and not purchase an additional 2 vouchers. Please assist to refund the value of 2 vouchers.<br> <br> I would suggest that you have a checkout tab where one can view their 'total' before payment.
