Dissapointment

On Tuesday, 06 February 2018 at 12:30 myself and my husband bought a two night stay at Daddy's Deal for a two night stay at Elgin Hills luxury tent. As we wanted to camp for our honeymoon and we thought why not glamping. The route into Elgin Hill worst ever its long and uncomfortable to drive. On arrival we met with a guy who showed us where our tent was and that was about it and he left, we had to take cold showers the net was irritating, we still gave the place the benefit of the doubt and decided we going to stay, we made supper, we were alone at the tent site no one else booked in we had no signal and not one of the staff members ever. At 19: 00 two guys walked on the campsite one with a dog and another with a bike not looking very pleasant and we felt really unsafe as we were alone we don't have signal, the place is dark and here this two guys walking around we immediately started packing our things and got out of there in a hurry at 20:00 we were driving around looking for accommodation for us on our first night on honeymoon. I informed Jolandie and she just didn't care at all she referred me to Anna from Daddy's deal and yet again she couldn't care less as well, they got there money and don't care about other people safety. The chairs by the tent very uncomfortable. The tv n the lapa is not working . We felt really uncomfortable when the guy who met with us upon arrival told us that the snakes don't normally comes till by the tent.

I wont refers Daddy Deals or Elgin Hills to anybody. Worst experience ever.
