Disgusted

So I bought a deal from DADDY DEALS, it was a spa night for 2, with welcome drinks, R150 off any massages, and a bottle of wine with dinner for R899.00, I bought 2 deals. The hotel was called VALVERDE SPA HOTEL. What a complete and utter *******. No welcome drinks, no masseuse in sight, no tv or dstv as we gathered it had not been paid. We didn’t stay for dinner as there was no one where there. I spoke to the owner of VALVERDE, who apologised but really couldn’t careless. I have written to both DADDY DEALS and VALVERDE have NOT RECEIVED A REP****. This was a present to friends. NEVER AGAIN will I use DADDYS DEALS OR RECOMEND VALVERDE SPA HOTEL, it’s a disgrace and they should be ashamed of themselves...
