Disappointing behaviour from Daddy's Deals

<p>I purchased a deal from Daddy's deals in August and delivery took place in September. I bought the nail product that was advertised on their website for R199 which comes with three other complimentary accessories. When delivery took place at my house, it was a foot scrub product and I informed Daddy's Deals the very next day. Before notifying them I contacted them and the agent that helped me iformed me to send an official mail. </p> <p>Despite constant reminder mails requesting feedback and telephone calls, the last feedback I received was that they were trying to contact the vendor and would get back to me the very next day. This was last week and to this day I still have not heard anyting. </p> <p>This is very frustrating as I used to be an ambassador for Daddy's deals with regards to their treatment of their</p> <p>clients compared to their competitors and now it looks like they are are operating the very same way.</p> <p>What a disappointment this experience has turned out to be. </p> <p>If my product is not delivered by next week, I'm going legal.</p>
