Delay and horrible service

I am extremely annoyed and disappointed at the putrid service i have received from daddy's deals , I called three times yesterday and had to explain the same situation over and over regarding a voucher i paid for which was an instant payment (funny enough it seemed the people i spoke to do no know the meaning of instant) its my bday on Monday and i just want to go for a spa .....which i have booked for but now these ppl refuse to forward the voucher which i have paid for ,it is my first time using u guys and an very dissapointed and dissatisfied at the level of service received
