DD Touch Spa

I purchased a couples spa voucher for the DD Touch Spa from the Daddy's Deals website.<br> My experience was very disappointing for the following reasons:<br> The signs giving directions to the lodge were the spa is situated were misleading and caused us to be late. Or so we thought. Upon arrival for our 9am appointment (confirmed via email with Lorraine at DD Touch Spa) we were told by a rude security guard that the spa only opens at 10:00. <br> We could not find any signs showing us the way to the spa. <br> Reception for the lodge was not open. There was broken glass in the walk way and drunken lodge residents that were more helpful than the staff member who was sleeping on a couch (in his uniform).<br> I also tried to call the number on the voucher several times and the number was unavailable. <br> At 12:40 I received two sms's - the first reminding me that I have a 14:30 appointment, and the second a reminder for 12:30.<br> I feel if the spa was opening an hour later they could have had the decency to contact me.<br> I sent this message to Daddy's Deals on Sunday at 10:20 - it has been more than 48 hours with no contact regarding my query.
