Daddy's Deals Support Team FTW

Recently I had an absolutely amazing customer service experience with Michelle from the Daddy's Deals support team.

For context, my mother's birthday is on the 31st July and I had hoped to get her something to show her how much I love and appreciate her. After searching Daddy's Deals, I landed on a great spa day experience offer and I immediately booked & paid for it.

The only problem was that the offer expired on that same day (31st July)! Obviously this wouldn't do, as my mom's birthday was on a Monday, and I highly doubt she would have been able to book, and then show up for a spa day appointment on such short notice.

However, Michelle from the support team at Daddy's Deals quickly and painlessly assisted me in getting the order cancelled and the funds returned so that I could get an alternative but still wonderful gift to show my love for my mom.
