Good day, Poor service delivery from admin when you log a support ticket. The services and products advertised is of poor quality and when you complain they give you a cold shoulder with empty promises...

We are sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with regards to the deal that you have purchased. Our intention is to never expose our customers to a bad experience, and we do significant due diligence to ensure that our merchant will be able to provide the service offered, and will do our utmost best to rectify the situation.

I have sent your feedback to both the Account Manager and the establishment, as we have to address each complaint with our merchants in order for the to acknowledge and provide us with feedback.
