Daddy’s Deals.

I purchased a vacation stay from Daddy’s deals and struggled for days to get hold of the merchant despite having contact before I decided to purchase. Upon researching the business, I found out that they are in the liquidation process. Daddy’s deals does NO background checks or any checks whatsoever on their merchants . I had to wait days for my money to be returned.

I requested to cancel my membership to their club , emails answered with no sense of urgency. I sent them confirmation of the membership, with mg details and my account was still debited under the guise that they can ‘only cancel if they have my email’ despite having ALL my details already as per my screenshot.

The consultant Michelle showed no interest in helping and quickly closed tickets despite full knowledge that my issues were no resolved. She further refused to refund me and referred me to a the terms and conditions which does not comply with the CPA.
