Daddys Deals disgusting customer service

<p>i bought a Daddys Deal voucher for a family photo shoot on 26 July 2016. On 13 August i made an appointment with Prolinx Photographers, which was the company that was running the promotion. On our way to the photo shoot, Trevor the photographer cancelled and he was to call me for a new date. After a week i followed up with him and he promised to call me soon and this went on for three weeks and i got fed up. On 06 September i complaint with Daddys Deals and i got no response from them so i followed up after a week and eventually a consultant phoned and i explained my story and told him that i want a refund and he advised that it would take a couple days for the refund and i even received an sms stating confirming that. Until today i have not received my refund and no one has followed up with me or even apologised. I have never seen such absence of customer service and i am so disgusted with both these companies and will never make use of their services nor recommend them to anyone i know.</p>
