Daddy's deals ****

Bought a weekend away voucher that was expiring on the 31st August 2023 in June 2023. I tried to make a booking in July and merchant informed me that they don't have space. I then asked for my refund from daddy's deals only to be told I cannot get a refund even though I can't redeem the voucher. This is a **** cos they are still selling these vouchers even though they are aware that ppl cannot redeem them.
