Daddy's Deals<br> In October 2014 my wife purchased a gift for me on Daddy's deals from Sirina Thai Spa in Glenvista. <br> In November I called to confirm and the spa said it is fine the voucher is valid until March 2015.<br> <br> Beginning of March 2015 I called the Spa to confirm of my voucher and make an appointment. I was told I can come through at any time and given the Trading hours. On Sunday 29th March 2015 I called to make the reservation and was given a time which suited me of 14:00.<br> <br> During this time I informed them about my Daddy's Deals Voucher which was purchased but there seemed to be some Language barrier. Upon arrival I am told they cannot accept any Daddy's deals vouchers as Daddy's Deals does not collect the vouchers and pay them. I call the Daddy's deals call centre and it is closed.<br> The lady gives me this number to dial *** I then explain to the gentleman who answers the entire situation. He tells me the voucher is valid and that they cannot refuse me. I explain to him the language barrier problem and inform him that the lady says Daddy's Deals does not collect the vouchers and pay them.
