Daddy dealz wont refund in cash - COVID 19 cancelations are beyond our control

I bought a voucher for a weekend holiday accommodation. I can now no longer make use of the voucher due to Covid 19 lockdown restrictions. Daddy dealz refuses to refund me in cash, and only refunds in store credits. I don't want anything on thier site, I need this money for my families essentials during this difficult time. Is this fair consumer practice that we are now forced to make use of the refund in their store only, this is nonsense, as I have thr right to spend my money where I choose to, when I want to.

Their terms and conditions for the refunds only within 5 days cooling period does not include any conditions for a pandemic. How could I have canceled within those 5 days in such an unforseen circumstance, when I had bought the voucher in Feb already.
