Daddy Deals Scheme - Unauthorized Deductions on my bank account

I got someone a Spa Voucher from Daddy's Deals in January 2018, whereby I obviously completed my credit card details in order to pay for the voucher, a debit order for R99 was loaded to my bank account ever since which Daddy's Deails considered as a subscription application! I NEVER signed up or subscribed for anything! I hardly use or look at the deals offered on Daddy's Deals, I would not have subscribed without any regular interest in the website. I have spoken to one of the consultants and was referred to the T&C for cancellation, however if I never signed up, that would not be relevant to my query. I am frustrated, they refuse to refund me. I would not recommend anyone to use them. I'm sure that so much more consumers was affected by this! If I didn't accidentally glanced at my statement, I wouldn't have noticed the deductions every month.
