Customer Service is USELESS-DISSAPOINTING-FRUSTRATING!!!!

Oh no!!!! I am so frustrated and disappointed with Daddy Deal's. Taking NO RESPONSIBILITY for tracking as a third party. How on earth do anybody sell a product with NO WAY to track it!!! Buying a Christmas present for my son on 14 December and my son have not received his present. I have NO way to track the parcel. PLEASE KNOW that you are not able to track your product you bought and if you don't receive, customer service say with smile, you should have it next week! It is holiday time. We are not home everyday to receive the parcel. HOW do I contact the courier for guidance. DO NOT USE DADDY'S DEALS! The sell products and take NO RESPONSIBILITY thereafter .
