Credit card debited several times due to error

Please take note that, I had a problem while purchasing a Digital Marketing course using a credit card. I kept getting an error message during the process and I made four attempts to make the purchase. <br> <br> Later in the day, I received confirmation of the purchases, only to discover that the order went off 5 times. I spoke to one of the agents on your side and he suggested that I send an email along with the duplicate orders. <br> <br> I have sent several emails and no one has responded to my query to date.
