Confirmation of Receipt of Payment

I placed my order (PT5084CB5C) for the selfie-stick on the 18th Feb and made payment on the 19th.<br> <br> Since this was an eft payment, I then emailed them proof of payment (with received and read acknowledgment) on the 19th Feb, and according to my outlook, my mail and subsequent follow up mails have gone unanswered. I have since been trying to call their call center number : ***to find out what's happening to my order but phone just rings and no one answers it.<br> <br> There are other online stores which I should have opted for when buying the above order cos now am just doing a fruitless exercise of trying to find out where my order is. <br> <br> Disappointed!!<br>
