Bad service and excuses

Daddy's deals, I ordered wine online during May 2020, then we got email about shipment or delivery charges separate which was not mentioned, i paid for delivery charge but still delivery is not happening, i was given waybill number and still seaborne also is giving me stories, I'm sick of the inconvenience and incompetence thereof.
