Bad customer service

I bought a spar voucher and the area on the advert was Bedfordview. I also checked the address on the advert and it was, The Mirage studios 3 Mirage road Bedfordview. So i bought this voucher. After completing the payment i received a voucher with Fourways address. I sent them an email to say that they've sent an incorrect address. The consultant didn't even apologize and was rude. The consultant name is Michelle Philip. I don't know what shes doing in customer services.
