AN APPALLING "SPA"

I bought a spa treatment from Daddysdeals for myself and my husband as a Valentine's treat. I wish i had rather bought him socks instead.

I booked the treatment for Saturday, 11 February 2017 and was disgusted by the service receive, the following transpired;

1. Booked for 14:00, only started treatment at 15:00

2. The voucher included welcome drinks –only WATER was offered. (not evens bottle water)

3. Complete chaos when we were told to go in for our manicures but was shown to the massage room, then had to wait another 15 mins in the very sp**** reception area.

4. Manicures were done sitting on Pedicure chairs which for someone my height was very uncomfortable I was perched the entire time on the very edge of the seat.

5. The facials and massages were done together. After the facial where done we were left for about half an hour to lie with the mask on no explanation nothing while the the******s went out and had a hearty chat to the other the******s. When they came back to do the massages every little time was left and the rhythm of the massage was frantic whilst the the****** that did my husband kept his wrist watch on which made the most annoying sound. My the****** on the other hand had not etiquette,she just whipped away the towel and told me to lie on my back.

6. The massage bed covers and towel used were hard and scratchy.

7. The overall appearance and ambience of the Spa is below industry norms. No background music and the owner kept spraying air freshener in the reception area.

My complaint to Daddysdeals received the following response. "Our intention is to never expose our customers to a bad experience, and we do significant due diligence to ensure that our merchant will be able to provide the service offered."

So before purchasing anything from Daddysdeal google the vendor on this platform and NEVER go to SHAMWARI SPA.
