Bad customer care and no truth in their live deals

I have been calling with regards to a certain deal. When I enquire about it on the day that it’s supposed to be live, I’m told it’s only coming back on the next day but also I’ve been on the website since 5 o’clock in the morning and nothing. When I called their number the consultant was so rude no assistance whatsoever. I am so disappointed.
