WORST COMPANY EVER! RUDE! THERE IS NO RESPONSE TIME, CAUSE THEY DO NOT RESPOND

Firstly they don't even deserve a 1 star.

I purchased a daddy's deal voucher for a picnic and photoshoot with Bee our guest events a while ago. They have no people s****s or customer service s****s whatsoever!

They ignore customer emails and messages and when you call they will tell you there was a problem somewhere along the line (there's always a problem) just too book the picnic/shoot took me a good couple of emails and phone calls as the email the provided on the daddy's deal site is incorrect??? Then why supply them with incorrect details in the first place.

Eventually I manage book the picnic/shoot to get the location I wanted was a mess as I couldn't on that specific day then I get a last minute message saying that I can, there is no consistency.

The set up was good I can't complain, but the snack platter was a waste, with the amount of money I paid I would have gotten 2 meals at a good restaurant. I had plain buttered rolls the other with cucumber cold chicken wings and nuggets. I was had to even eat ???? the drinks they provided came in a can, no glasses no straws nothing, there was tiny black things on the rim of the can and we was expected to drink out of that if we didn't have straws in the car we wouldn't have even had something to drink. Thereafter there was a shoot to be done, this was supposed to be 20 mins long, mine was litteraly 5 mins and we took like 10 steps away from the picnic setup. Whereas there was another couple there with a similar set up by the same company and they had a shoot done around half the park. I was then told my pictures will be sent via email in most 2 weeks. It's been 3 now and I still havent received my pictures. I email and message a woman named Blue, but she is the most difficult most rude person to get through too. I'm so sick of messaging and emailing her. I decided to complain to the daddy's deal customer service and her response was she emailed me already. A email that still haven't come through since Monday ????. They response times are pathetic. The setup is nice, but it's something anyone can do themselves it's nothing to write home about.

So basically THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC!
