pathetic disgrace customer service

I have purchased a deal from daddies deal last month, picnic set up and photoshoot.I have been trying to get a booking since 20th of Jan for the deal I purchased I sent the host email to book but no luck with feedback I decided to call them and they requested I send a WhatsApp which I did but still didn't get a response I called them again they apologized and ask me again to send a WhatsApp which I did again and still got no feedback called them this morning again and the response was 'didn't you check my status on WhatsApp? "I currently lost my mom so I'm not taking any calls or bookings' personally don't check status so I wasn't aware they should at least responded in a well mannered way not tell me to check their status on WhatsApp I should leave them to grieve..im not sure if I still want to be accommodated by them not satisfied with their treatment, They shouldn't advertise if they not capable of handle a large amount of customers, she tolled me she had 365 msg she will respond
