Bad customer service at BEE OUR GUEST EVENTS

This is my second review, i paid for my daughter's cake smash in October had to constantly ask them if the shoot was still on. I eventually got it did the shoot without the balloons i was promised, lunch was terrible but the photographer was nice to us. I then messaged him asking about duration of pics he said 4-5 weeks ,7 going on 8 weeks has passed nothing messaged him and his mother nothing no response, this is frustrating because my daughter is left without her pics, the decency to let people know what is happening is very important. The loss of the mother was already at 5 weeks waiting for these pics so that cant be used as an excuse for such a ****ty service, we sympathies with them but we paid and we need our stuff.
