A bunch of rogues

As mentioned previously, this company does not deserve a one star. My boyfriend had contacted the company and paid for a picnic and photoshoot. Numerous follow ups was made. With no replies. Eventually she did reply to state that her mother had passed away. We sent our condolences. Two weeks passed and we inquired again. And again and again. NO message was ever rep**** to. She has now blocked my boyfriend on watsapp and sms. She has taken our money with no refund and no explanation thereafter. Pathetic customer service.
