Unprofessional conduct

I attended a consultation at Dardarker & Associates on 27 June 2014 regarding my divorce. I was told that I would be billed a minimal amount as it was an uncontested matter. I made payment and attended the divorce hearing on 5 November 2014 at Wynberg Magistrates Court. Dadarker & Associates asked me to pay an additional fee. I requested a statement for all fees paid and unpaid as I did not know what the additional fee was for. The last response from them was on 24 November 2014 saying they would revert to me shortly. I have not had any response from them since then and also do not have my divorce order. I am extremely unhappy with this lack of response and wish to know whether Dadarker & Associates have forgotten about my case and whether I will ever receive any feedback!
