Bad Service

they have handled all the property sales and transferring of the ownership, the house is now reflecting on the new owners name and we the sellers has not been paid out yet , we contacted them and they said they are waiting for the magistrate . the house is on the new owners name since 18 December 2020 . These people has no concern or remorse just telling us to wait . Legally before a property gets transferred to the buyer the seller firstly needs to receive the money. This doesn't really make sense.
