poor service

<p>On the 17thi went to Dada world hardware polokwane to buy roofing material nd i assisted by Doris due to my daily limit i had to cut some.Then on the 18th i bought 220 round poles but when i went to collect the was mo stock,then they said i must come om the 19th so i did go but still no stock ,i asked to speak to the manager Solly so that i can get refund he said he promise to deliver on monday so gave them the benefit of the doubt.On the 22nd i called to find out Solly kept on promising until today 24th i called spoke to Doris she said the trucks arrived with stock.I called Lebo who have my invoive to go nd coĺlect,he went the to collect but found 120 poles.When he arrived the builder had to check if is the right material but it was wrong they gave him electricy poles nd they had to take them back but it was already late.So my question is who made mistake is it Doris or the guys who took out stock.My wish is to get the right magerial or refund cos i had enough with this shop cant take this anymore.Im far at jhb for work nd now i have to load airtime to comunicate.Im so disappointed abt this.</p>
